Would people be willing to pay for a yearly tax statement for your T212 account with all figures required for your tax returns ?

Is the result figure on the monthly statements effectively the capital gains ?
requested multiple times, a quick search would have turned up a few threads requesting a yearly report for tax declarations. minus the fee’s since it goes against T212 “no fees” position.
