2 much needed improvements for Pies

I’ve been using Pies since the day they came out. Here are two basic things that T212 need to implement:

  • Searching for Pies, not sure why this still doesn’t exist
  • Making slices within Pies invests 24/5. Why do we need to wait until the market of that country opens? It’s a fractional investment taking place on the same platform. If I can manually invest 24/5 on T212, why are the pies not doing so?

We’ve discussed and plan to include a search function for Pies when making future enhancements in that area. Your point about providing more flexibility for investing outside regular market hours is also appreciated and we’ll keep it in mind.

Thanks, here is the problem and use case regarding point 2 above

We want to invest into certain stocks or ETFs ‘now’

But if we use the Pie which has those stock/funds, we have to wait for up to almost a day for that market to open.

So it makes more sense not to use the Pie if we wanted to buy into the stocks / funds ‘now’ as using the non-Pie version will allow for that

I came here to ask the same thing. I can/could buy each stock in the pie individually but when inside the pie I can’t until trading opens. This is a strange restriction. I don’t want to have to export/import every investment every morning or buy each stock separately.

Now I am using more pies I really think buying/selling inside pies need to execute the same way as stocks outside them. This would be an awesome feature! Thanks.
