I’m a newbie to investing so i’m not sure the best way to ask this but I opened up an Stocks ISA pie but it’s only getting roughly about 1% return rate at best. What would be the best option to getting a better percentage?

How you might invest depends on a lot of things like your time horizon (how long you intend to invest for), attitude to risk, capacity to bear losses and so on. The decisions have to be yours.
What have you invested in so far? Have you had a look at the model portfolios available in the pies section, which are professionally designed selections of ETF’s with different risk/reward profiles?
