Second intermediary as backup? go to someone else entirely? Cut out the middle man and do it all themselves?

Unfortunately the relationship T212 has with their intermediary isn’t the same as that which we have with T212. They can’t simply rock up and say something along the lines of “Do we take all our functionality and customers and use a different intermediary?” in the hopes of fearmongering IBKR to provide a more stable service. There are contracts in place and periodic service reviews and KPIs to be met. If IBKR continues to deliver shoddy services it’ll no doubt hit them in the pocket as T212 wil…
