Just finished my pie and saw average return
Is this just growth return or dividends return as well
You have returns which is growth, below under dividend income you have reinvested and total gained dividend.
Projected growth/returns should include dividend, but I guess someone from @Team212 could confirm
Anyway I wouldn’t build or tweak portfolio based on last 5 years returns. I would love to have option to customize this projected returns to various different metrics and definitely lot longer period than last 5 years 
They have already replied to in another post to say that the projecfed growth includes dividend reinvestment. Bur these forecasts have to be taken with a large grain of salt.

Thank you and yes I would of thought div and growth would of been add together but my returns 3% seems abit low with 30+ dividends stocks and 10+ growth stocks
