I requested to close my account, but I have changed my mind and sent them another email telling them not to close it and leave it open. I got this message " This ticket [#514120] has been reopened. ". I don’t know if this is automatic reply or someone actual read this because I am afraid to deposit money. I don’t want them close it after money is deposited. So the final question is can the account be closed if there are still some funds and stocks active, because if not then I don’t have to worry.
My bank wouldn’t let me close my account when there was 1 cent in it. I had to walk into town and tell the cashier id like to withdraw 1 cent.
