Cancelled orders processed

Hi, I appreciate you must be busy but I mentioned this in another thread without reply and now that has been closed. I also raised a support email last week without response.
I had 3 orders for PRTS that were cancelled but still processed after the market closed last Thurday. My account balance at the time was around £400 however the buys totalled about £14,600. When they were automatically sold the next day there was around a £200 loss. Please can someone look into this as I don’t feel I should be responsible for the loss when I didn’t have anywhere near enough funds to buy that many shares.
