Hi

This is just to ratify my understanding the below is a screenshot from a brief trading session I did

Based on this I have made £428.31 in profit, I presume I would be able to withdraw that £428.31 to my account leaving my balance at 5k and continue?

Yes that is correct, you can withdraw as much or as little of it as you like, that figure is indeed your profit total.
