Chesnara plc (“Chesnara” or the “Company” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announces that, pursuant to the Rights Issue announced on 3 July 2025, 79,539,337 New Ordinary Shares will be admitted, nil paid, to listing on the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List maintained by the FCA and will be admitted, nil paid, to trading on a multi-lateral trading facility of the London Stock Exchange at 8:00 a.m. today.

I’ve checked this further, and I can confirm that we will offer the right issue to all eligible holders as soon as we receive access to the event. You’ll receive a notification with additional information as soon as we have more on the corporate event

Question : at which date the amount must be present in my account to make the BUY?
I can see you have already submitted the order, but wanted to answer the question in case anyone else is wondering - the instruction deadline is July 17th 2025. This information should also be visible in the notification you have received

Any idea at which date we’ll see the new shares in our account ?
At this point, I can’t confirm an exact date. We’ll distribute the shares as soon as we receive them from our custodian.
