Clarification on EU customers being moved to Cyprus entity

Hello. I wish to find out the plans for moving the EU users onboarded on the UK entity to the Cyprus entity. Could anybody from the @Team212 help me with them:

  1. The plan was for the move to be done by the end of the year? It is still going as scheduled?
  2. All the stocks and ETFs currently available to customers on the UK entity will be available after the migration? (depending on the answer there may be more questions)
  3. If there is something planned could you please give us a warning on all the channels on the move. There are going to be some tax implications for me (and everybody from Romania at least) so we really have to prepare.

Hi @adriantc ,

To your questions:

  1. Moving EU users to the EU entity is still the current plan. It will take place in Q1 of 2022.
  2. Definitely. Your investing experience will remain unaffected.
  3. Needless to say, we will notify all our EU clients of all the details well in advance.

Rest assured, we are working hard to make this transition as seamless as possible.
