Good afternoon,
I received the tax statement which includes a list of my trades done in 2020.
At the top of the page there is a statement that says:
“All deals are executed without delivery or ownership of the underlying financial instruments.”
What does this mean exactly? That it is not delivered to me but held by T212? Not delivered to T212? Who is the owner?

Your shares are held in a nominee account with IB custodian so not in your name but your are the beneficial owner of the shares.

I knew about the IB and not held in my name but that statement was a bit weird for me because it was so generic.
