Deleted Revolut virtual card: how can I delete it from withdraw options?

Hi,

I’ve deleted my virtual card in Revolut, and I don’t want to withdraw to this card. Can you help me, what confirmation document I have to send you? I didn’t get any from Revolut and they say they won’t send any.

I have another card, so I wan’t to delete the Revolut virtual card from the withdrawal options.
