I just ordered a withdrawal and then I remembered that I paid with different cards, one of them is not available anymore.
It didn’t allow me to choose the card I would get my money back, is there a way to choose that? I sent a request through the app but I’m afraid I’m going to lose money.
From what I can recall I think you need to speak with a team member to get this sorted out, as you need to provide docs to prove the new card is yours … or something along those lines.
I will flag this message so that the staff are alerted, sit tight until a member of the team gets in touch.
