Edit Stop Loss Value (As Done For Price Alerts)

Could you please solve this annoying issue where if I want to modify a stop loss, I have to delete the existing stop loss and then submit a new one?

It requires too many clicks.

It just needs to work in the same way as it does with Price Alerts.

  1. Click on stop loss
  2. Modify the price
  3. Confirm

It’s so inconvenient the way it works now.
And it’d be a 1,000 time better if it allowed you to modify an existing stop loss.

Thank you.

Edit: to specify, this is specifically for the ISA account, but could be applied to all.

You guys don’t think this is an easy but helpful change?

Well, yeah. But I’d much rather had a trailing stop loss.

Thanks for bringing this up, @Vio

I understand your point and do agree that it would be easier if pending orders could be modified without cancelling. I’ll check if this is something in the works and forward your feedback to the team.

There’s nothing new to share on this for now - Kris recently provided an update

I appreciate the reply, @Momchil.G .

Yeah, it’s just one of those that is mega-annoying, because you also have to cancel a pending Stop first, before you set another one.

In theory, it makes perfect sense, but the functionality of it is sub-par as per one’s natural way of working with stop losses.

Editing stop losses should be very easy to implement too since the exact functionality already exists with alerts.

We need the same thing, just for pending orders.

Mega aprpecaite it @Momchil.G Thank you!

I understand that the Invest account in the Present Vision is exclusively designed for long-term investing, while the CFD account is focused on trading. However, there are traders who prefer to trade real stocks. This makes the Invest account an ideal solution to cater to both target groups. Alternatively, its maybe an ideal if real stocks could be added to the CFD account to address this demand and put there the tralining stop los…
