As title, I was wondering if there is a different method to calculate EPS for a company as it seems Trading 212 often has a different figure than other platforms such as Boeing, displaying a positive rather than negative like others.
The financial data is not calculated by T212.
The data feed is taken from Reuters if I remember correctly.
Hello for the EPS (Earnings per share) section of the ratios. For EPS change - TTM over, what does the TTM over refer too? The past 12 months and the 12 months prior?
Hi, in regards to EPS part of the ratios. For “EPS change - TTM over”, what does specifically the “TTM over” refer too? is it the recent 12 months and then the 12 months before or what? If someone could explain that would be great.
Thanks in advance
or is it just the EPS in just the last TTM?
EPS TTM stands for Earnings Per Share Trailing Twelve Months. This metric covers the company’s twelve-month earnings over the last year.
For example, if you are looking at the EPS TTM in June, you will be potentially looking at the company’s revenues from June last year until June of this year.
Hello Bofi,
Thanks for the reply. I was actually on about specifically the meaning of “TTM over” for growth. I do unserstand TTM and EPS im just unsure of what the measure TTM over would be refering to when it comes to EPS growth.
Thanks in advance,
Ben
