I see many beautiful minds here in the forum and would love to follow these users.
In other words: Iād like to get notified about any comment from them anywhere in the forum.
I canāt find such an option anywhere hereā¦

There is no way to receive notifications. Some might think that would be contrary to the spirit of what the community is for.
However, you can go to a userās Profile page and see a list of their recent Activity.
You could create a message to yourself containing links to the Profile pages of people whose posts you would like to occasionally review.
