Hi, I have been trading on the platform. I was investing in us30 however the price dropped. I was alerted by email about a margin call I credited the account with sufficient funds and then credited it again. However the stock continued to drop. I never received another margin call, the trade was stopped by trading212. I am grateful for that however just when it stopped I credited the account again. This was after it closed however the funds I credited it with have disappeared, I am not sure where they have gone.
Could someone please help me with this, I have been trying to ring trading 212 and emailed them.

The trade was closed at 10:46:07 I sent them money at 10:46:23 I would like that money back as it has disappeared from my account. Anyone had any luck trying to get through to customer services I never have.
