Oh dear that was short lived. Itās stuck again on yesterdays close. Itās been terrible over the last week or so.
@David @George @anon86329651 is there anything that can be done to make it consistently work other than shouting at whoever provides the data?
Trades so far
So Iāve just spent the last 1hr 8mins on chat to get T212 to escalate this issue.
Instead of taking 60 seconds to go yes letās check, clearly not working weāll fix it Iāve had an additional 1hr 7mins wasted by two chat staff telling me its due to low/no liquidity, thats it halted, and guides on how to trade AIM stocks, despite providing countless screengrabs of the current trades. I also was lied to when I asked for @David and was told they couldnāt reveal anything as its company policy, yet the other chat person said heās not on shift atm, I hate BS like that.
I wonāt reveal the two staff members names but Iām not impressed. 
Please donāt always assume the customer is an idiot.
