Does anyone know any stocks or ETFs related to Grosvenor estate and it’s properties?
It’s a private company. And at the most, it offers its services about real estate for high-net-worth individuals, family offices and other institutional.
So if you are a retail investor, it’s probably very difficult to access their services (including investment/financial instruments). And I didn’t found any reference to a possible retail financial instrument, such an OEIC or an Investment Trust, or REITs.
ETFs can’t have direct real estate due UCITS legislation (the possibilities are Investment Trusts or REITs)
