You can. For some reason it’s listed as a German stock not Italian
stocks are listed regarding which countries exchange the company is listed. so in this case, even though Enel is Italian, we don’t have the Italian markets and thus the German listing was used for access to that company.

No longer available under the German listing, only just realised when I went to invest. At least, I was unable to find it.
