Best investment: NIO
I would have had more ££ but a few months ago I was forced to sell my Nio positions from my ISAās, you guys remember that ??
did you move the funds to Invest to reopen your NIO position?
I had a position in NIO already in my Invest account and thatās doing really wellā¦
But all the cash i had in my ISAās accounts after I sold Nio remained there cause I dont like to withdraw money from ISA accounts, so the short answer is No.
Some of them ended up in Fastly, some in Workhorse.
Nio is rubish, you will soon realise
Iāve had my eye on Ashford Hospitality. its a bit volatile but with all the hopping between $3 and $4 thereās lots of opportunity for quick returns on spare ISA funds.
Pls elaborate on your comment
can you make a '000 comma please? really difficult to read
unfortunately, I didnāt think it would see so much response and if I make a change now it will erase all the votes submitted so far.
oh yesā¦im at around 2000% returns atm on nio but with me having to re buy its showing 200%. Ā£1800 investment and sitting on 41k atm
due to the chart counting funds invested as how much was spent opening a position unfortunately.
there were requests for the ability to toggle charts to show a version where only deposited funds are referenced which I think shows a more true to life reflection of a persons earnings.
IG is the best place to see the more or less how much people are investing.
you have the link please?
Great choice. DCA is mostly the best for the majority of retail investor. I started at the end of July and I am up 10.6%, with 3 pies doing DCA
Hi, Pasquale.
Can I ask, out of interest, what you are DCAing?
700 euro per month at the moment. I split the amount among the 3 portfolios
I mean what ETFs and/or shares rather than how much money
Sorry I misunderstood.
Here the 3 pies:

Pie deep link for some reason is not working.
It opens up the T212 app but thatās it
No worries. In fact the question could be interpreted in either way.
Thanks for sharing the pies. I had a similar REITS pie myself and then I opted instead for XRES ETF as I tend not to be able to buy and hold individual shares - ETFs are fine for some reason.
IIPR is supposed to be a good bet but you donāt have any data centres? AMT, IRM, DLR, CCI? These are all forecast to grow over the next few yearsā¦
Yes not yet data center. I had no time to study the sector and the actual players but I have intention to do so. There is actually another reit SUPR, but it is not fractional so it canāt be added to the pie
