Hello, my ID Card expired months ago and finally the very slow italian bureaucracy system gave me a new one.
How can I upload this new one?

You don’t have to update it. The ID card is needed once only to verify that you are a real and alive person.
I fail human tests all the time. Damn captchas.
@JKAndrex Usually, if your ID document expires or is not valid anymore for any other reason, you need to provide us with your new valid document.
In your case however you have uploaded your passport which is still valid for a few more years, so no additional action is needed.
