Id verification - Pending since 27.01

I created a new account on 23.01. Then there was a request for resending the ID, which I did using email as advised. (As upload in app was not working).

Finally I was able upload in app also last friday.

It is still pending. Can you please look into it?

Once we process the existing queue, we will be open for new registrations.
