What did you send them as ID and proof of address?
Yes ID and Proof of address (energy bill, bank ID…)
You should send them a photo of your passport and for proof of address use a bank statement.

Just a guess but there’s a global pandemic which has crippled a lot of companies customer service at the moment and has reduced response times across the board (eg: try cancelling sky tv right now and see how you get on, you probably can’t even talk to anyone). hope you will get sorted soon.
