Having used T212 for almost a year now, and being an avid buyer of ETF’s, I find it quite often that sometimes the same stocks end up being overly represented in my own portfolio.
Like I could hold ASML, own VWRP, EQQQ and EUE, then it will turn out that my portfolio is actually a lot more overweight in the portfolio than I realise.
Could it be beneficial to implement a tool which makes this easier to visualise?
Only (free) way I’ve found is to create InvestEngine account, create multi-ETF portfolio and use look-through. That gives you true holdings (though a bit dated). Fiddle with the fund weights and you’ll see company weights adjust in line with expectations.
That assumes you’re using non-obscure funds that are actually available on the platform though…
