Improve IPO Process

@David @Rumen good afternoon.

The silence is deafening on the IPO posts these days and backlogs are a frequent occurence.

It’s not my job to suggest to you ways to make it more efficient, so instead I’ll just raise it here as something for you guys to brainstorm and hopefully get a formal process around.

For my part, I’m happy doing what I’m doing, but the lack of responses for whole days, especially considering these posts are ready and waiting for you before you log on most days, is disheartening and I’d appreciate some form of acknowledgement.

It would be great if the IPOs could continue to be added same day.

Hello Joey, apologies for the delays in the past 10 days. We really appreciate your input, and as you know, normally, we strive to reflect the IPOs instantly on the platform.

The recent week has been a bit overwhelming, however, I think we are starting to get back on track, and the instruments will be added as usual.
