In which countries T212 is available and what if moved abroad

Hi Momchil.
Expanding on the thread can I keep my UK based T212 account and open a European T212 account with my European address please? If so can I transfer my non-ISA shares to the control of the European T212 account?

Welcome to the Community, @PJS

This won’t be possible as we currently allow only one account per person. This means that you’ll have to close your existing account if you wish to open a new one.

If you move from the UK to a European country, you’ll be able to keep using your Invest account as normal. You can also keep your ISAs with us and benefit from tax relief on the existing funds and investments, but you’ll be unable to make further contributions once the current tax year comes to an end. If you come back at a later stage and become a UK resident once again, you’ll be able to resume contributing to your ISA.

Transferring shares internally isn’t possible at the moment, but we’ll notify the Community if something changes in the future
