Indivior LSE delisting

@Veselin.V @Bogi.H LSE listing of Indivior (INDV) was delisted on the 25th of July - the company announced that UK LSE shareholders will receive Nasdaq listed shares. I’m a holder of these shares and expect my account to soon show Nasdaq listed shares in my account. T212 already has the US listed shares available on the platform under the same ticker.

Can you confirm the custodian/intermediary has opted into the 1-1 conversion.

Also when will shareholders received their Nasdaq listed shares ?

We’re in communication with our custodian about the event. Once there are updates, we’ll share them.

Hi @bogi.h thanks for the message. I understand that your custodian (IBKR) needs to cancel the CREST-based holdings and re-register the equivalent number of shares in the U.S. DTC system, now that Indivior is listed exclusively on Nasdaq.

Since INDV is already available for trading on the Trading 212 platform, I assume the custodian has access to complete this transition.

Could you please confirm whether the shares are currently being transferred to the U.S. register, and that there is no forced liquidation taking place?

Until we receive confirmation from our custodian, I cannot confirm how the event will be executed. We’ve contacted them again today, and as soon as there’s any news, I’ll let you know.

Good morning, it is almost a month since trading on LSE was stopped - so in what timeframe we will receive shares from Nasdaq? I am holder of these shares and I did not receive any news. Why so?

We’re finalising the depository switch and will do our best to have the shares distributed today or Monday.
