Missing profits? unable to purchase at Market Price?

Thank you for the screen shot of trading view, it doesn’t show on my laptop after 9pm, and shows what you have displayed at approx 20:30, i will look at my settings as i have signed up. i mainly trade US shares so it would be helpful to use the live chart, as WeBull chart is small on my phone and i can’t figure out how to get the same settings on my laptop.

purchased 95 shares at $15.02, price increased to $15.37

I’m reading this that the ask (buy price) was $15.02, and the bid (sell price) was $14.63 (based on buying 95 and it showing Ā£28.14 unrealised loss to start)

So that when the ask (buy price) moved higher to $15.37 the bid (sell price) remained at $14.63 temporarily before probably moving closer to the ask and above your average.

28.14 pounds was roughly 36.79 dollars this morning

((95*15.02)-36.79)/95 = 14.63 bid

anyway basically the spread was about a 40 cent, as in each share was worth 30p less to sell than to buy at that time.

It looks like finished tight with 1 cent

Thank you phil for the screen shots/replying, that’s great news regarding the charts i’ll adjust my settings, and the bid/sell information is informative.

regarding the purchase/sell price, i bought PLAY on 3 occasions during June, as someone commented regarding currency, my friend believes since june to current date approx $50 has changed in the currency price relating to my shares, and as you said bid/sell price can impact, but shouldn’t to the level experienced. PLAY is now in the Green when it reached high approx $15.90. i really appreciated everyones feedback and glad this wasn’t due to the broker i’m with.

random question, i just realised that INTU has been stopped on Trading 212. As this is the second time its happened to me (first TLRD) and learnt trading 212 will not give customers notice, is there a way i can find out the last date to sell shares? i’m holding WDI and don’t want to lose more money. i emailed customer service but thought i should ask the community.
