Does anybody know if the Netherlands Dividend Withholding tax is 15%? I found on another website apparently they would drop to 0% this year. As I do not have any dutch shares at the moment I am just wondering if still worth for dividend investors. Thanks.

There were plans to scratch dividend tax for foreign investors, but those were scrapped with big protests by politics and people living in the Netherlands. Dunno how many tax is charged, but it will be as it is.
