Maybe. No idea what the current price is.
I seem to remember seeing it at around 22-22.5 recently and I think it was issued at 20.
Edit: It seems to be at 22.23 USD, I don’t know if that is after hours or yesterday’s closing price.

Really not sure - need to look at the mature unicorns still kicking about to see who’s left to merge with. Not buying for the sake of it just yet but likely I’ll go in.

Edit: scratch that, I did see it earlier this morning and now gone. I assume T212 are doing something, might have been left over from the first attempt?

Inability to buy as yet as they need to map to the common shares in IB.
I believe it’s on the app as they set it up on IPO, but had to kill the mapping as only units were available.
As you say, hopefully the fact you can see it again means this is being worked on currently.

@Joey_Fantana is it actually Friday it trades?
PSTH? Already trading units and warrants as far as I’m aware and the 8-K was lodged yesterday. You thinking the 52 days isn’t up yet?
There have been a few recent examples where the 52 days hasn’t been fully exercised before 212 were able to add.
I haven’t looked into anything tbh, I’m just occasionally looking at it on stocktwits.
A number of people asking when unit splits and the stock starts trading under PSTH. The answer this Friday.
Don’t believe anything on ST though could be BS.

on Friday, September 11, 2020 (the “Unit Separation Date”), the Company’s PSTH.U Units (the “Units”) will no longer trade, and that the Company’s Class A Common Stock (the “Class A Common Stock”) and the Company’s Distributable Redeemable Warrants (the “Distributable Redeemable Warrants”) which together comprise the Units will commence trading separately. The Class A Common Stock and Distributable Redeemable Warrants will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and trade with the ticker symbols “PSTH” and “PSTH.WS,” respectively.
@David @Martin @PeterA - can you confirm either way on the above please and also confirm the other additions please?
