NIO shares not fractions

NIO are fractions shares but for some reason I can’t buy less then 1 share.
Can someone help?

Have you tried or are you only going from the min traded quantity in instrument details? Mine shows 1, but I have 0.2 shares.

When in NIO stock, press Buy, then above price you have Number of shares and drop down, click drop down, it will give you option to purchase via Value. Making use of Fractionals.

I tried twice .
I have 3 shares already.
I bought in fractions before.
