option to hide or lock individual Pies

Hi! I have a small feature suggestion that I think would be really useful.

It would be great to have an option to hide or lock individual Pies (for example long-term or high-risk investments).

A locked Pie could be excluded from the main portfolio view and require an extra confirmation to edit or sell.

This would help reduce emotional overtrading and support long-term investing behavior.
