Long time opened accounts prompt you to pay into UK based accounts regardless of currency. CZK, BGN etc. Once the top up by card limit is reached it means there is no free top up option. Card top up has a fee and all banks will charge to send CZK to the UK.
T212 should let people request the change and switch to local payments. It’s literally just updating bank details of where someone should send the money too. Maybe it means transfer from UK to non-UK entity also.
Revolut lets people change their default currency for bank accounts via support without closing/reopening so this account switch should be doable imo

Things usually aren’t as simple as they seem at a glance. You are oversimplifying and ignoring all dependencies that come with such a change.
You almost make it sound like “it’s such a simple change but T212 won’t do it only to make the user experience worse”.
I understand your point and ultimately agree that it would be a big improvement to have a way to deposit local currency using free-of-charge local bank transfers.
But your approach comes off as arrogant and does not help your case.
I also think it doesn’t help to keep spamming various different topics with the same thing over and over. It only becomes more annoying rather than being a helpful feedback.
