Any reason as to why my limit order on both VAPX and VJPN are being rejected?

I have the free funds much more than the value of the limit order
I had same issue with some buys when stocks had 3 or 5 decimals. It seems using the 0.0X caused issue, when i use 0.X decimal for price it worked.
Not sure if the issue ever had resolution tho.
