Order stuck on “cancelling”

You’re really bad at your job as a “leader” I have not cancelled anything outside hours but it’s good that you assume that, professional level 9999. 2nd, I have said here that I have sent multiple emails and all the replies were wrong. The only way I got this sorted it was through the community forum so next time when you try to be cocky please read the full thread and stop blaming others when clearly there is a problem. If you need more info I can send you a private message with the emails i have sent and the replies i got, maybe then you’ll understand how incompetent the customer service team is. The only good ones are Ivan and Borislav

not interested in your emails, I have gotten wrong emails back before as well, but you continue to communicate and point it out and things get straightened out. good on you to assume this is a “job” though. we are community volunteers not staff, so don’t give yourself any false expectations that we have to agree with you because you are upset.

You don’t have to agree with me on anything man, others do that got help because of this posts. This was my last resort after 5 emails with different guys that had no idea what to say or what they were doing. PS : I have said that your are not very good at your job as leader not that this is your job and you are just showing it with every reply, you should help others and you should not be the cocky one regardless if you’re a volunteer or getting paid to do this you’re a moderator/leader on the trading212 community so you should act professionally, IMO.

Yeah silver stuck cant sell for 30 mins then when it opens my debt has multiplyed 10 times have all the pics, total and utter shambles and a joke, something has to be done about this I can’t be responsible when it’s you guys restricting the ability to operate! Full uploads tomorrow.

having the exact same problem, have a stock sell limit that I tried to change stuck in ‘Modifying’ for nearly 48 hours now, hoping this will be sorted by market open on monday

my buy order for amc is still pending after trying to cancel the orders someone please respond before market opens tomorrow

I also have limit orders stuck on “modifying.” I really need this fixed before the market opens, as the costs could be big otherwise.

Tried to update price for two sell limit orders and both have been stuck processing ever since. Need these to cancel ASAP

Thanks for the update - will you confirm today if this issue will be resolved in time for market open tomorrow? (I have two pending order cancellations on GME which is obviously going to be quite unpredictable tomorrow) Cheers

I’m unable to cancel sell orders that I placed more than 24hrs ago.
Now I am unable to adjust my sell prices until these have cancelled. How long/when will these have cancelled and will they have cancelled by premarket Monday? (Currently a Sunday but pending since late Friday night).

Any help much appreciated!

Having the same issue as Sejanus.

Had orders stuck trying to cancel or modify most of yesterday and now they just say “order could not be cancelled/modified” instantly

Ive been trying to cancel it for 9 hours now but its just stuck on cancelling. If this isnt solved by the time market opens i would be losing thousands of pounds. Its so stupid that a problem like this exists. Please help.
