Seems to be a common issue right now, a few posts popping up saying the same. I wonder if they are undertaking technical work over the weekend ahead of the coming weeks trading and its causing some lagging in processing orders?
Yeah, it does seem common. Hopefully, it’s resolved before Monday morning! It’s still processing for me
Having the same problem here
We’re examining the situation. We’ll provide feedback once we know more.
My pending sell limit sell order was stuck on cancelling since last night. Just got a notification today saying
“Your order SELL 32 AMC Entertainment Holdings could not be cancelled.”
Now every time I try to cancel I immediately get that message. Why can’t I just cancel this sell order?
Thanks,
Sejanus
My sell limit is still stuck on cancelling. It’s been 40 hours now. This is getting silly. I really hope this is sorted by tomorrow.
Same pal, hopefully they can fix it shortly
Hello,
Earlier tonight (Sat 30th) I placed a limit sell order for my AMC shares. I then cancelled it, but has been stuck for hours; when I click on it, it says “cancelling”. This is not good, because if it is still stuck at the time when I actually want to sell these shares, I won’t be able to sell them.
Is there anything I can do to get this un-stuck? Can someone at Trading212 look at my account and get this sorted out please?
Thanks in advance,
Ben
It’s the weekend, the cancellation should go ahead as soon as markets open.
I had several sell limit orders set left over from Friday, 2 of which i cancelled yesterday one of which is stuck processing and tying up the shares so new ones can’t be set ahead of market open.
Our intermediary’s currently investigating. They’re working on having this solved before market open.
Would be much appreciated.
I don’t want to be paranoid and think it is part of a wider conspiracy but the timing is poor.
Of course there is unprecedented demand on your platform and it could easily be a genuine problem.
I hope from here on out things can run smoothly. There is the potential for your platform to gain many long term customers from recent events because you do have a great product. But it cannot have these problems if you plan on having a future in this business.
I look forward to the issue being resolved.
Hope this can be resolved before market open.
Next week is critical for not only the US market, but also the world.
Everyone is watching this.
So funny how everyone from their team ignored me when I first posted this…Hope you guys will get your money back without a loss.
@David. Hello. I wonder what about my personal situation. On Thursday (28th) I had 1360 euros in my account, wanted to buy gbr stock for 500 euros with limit and then changed my mind. Could not cancel. Waited for whole day, then withdrew 1000 euros and was left with only 360. 3 minutes after market closed the order still went and next day (29th) on open it sold those shares and my account was left with 0 euros. Where did my 360 euros go? I wrote emails and still no answer…
how could anyone possibly ignore you when one third of this entire topic is just you posting and tagging everyone?
Yeah, cause they were ignoring me and other guys and also sending replies meant for someone else on my email, I get that you are a leader but c’mon there are more posts about this everyday so clearly nothing was really fixed lol. Wonder how you will act if your money were stuck big man
in case you missed it, this is the community forums, not a ticket support centre. you want to reach the staff promptly? do it by filling out a form. as for if my money was stuck? not a problem, I don’t make or cancel orders outside of market hours and I only use limits
I also rarely sell.
Would like to update and say it has been fixed on my end. This is much appreciated.
Hopefully things continue to work correctly and the potential for a long and fruitful relationship can develop between you and customers new and old.
Many thanks.
Happy to say my problem has been fixed, thanks to the staff for helping
