Is anyone at T212 able to explain when the payout from the wind up of KPC (ISIN: GB00BYVGKV59) will be made available?
By all accounts CREST payments were supposed to have been completed the week starting April 7th 2025.
We’ll check for any updates and share them in the thread shortly.

I got the following response from the appointed liquidators. It appears that all funds were paid out on the week of 7th of April.
I hope you are well, and apologies for the delay in responding to your email.
As you may be aware, on 28 March 2025, the Company entered into Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (i.e. solvent liquidation), and on the same date, Derek Hyslop and Richard Barker were appointed Joint Liquidators.
I can confirm that during the week commencing 7 April 2025, shareholders with reclassified ‘B Shares’, i.e. those who elected or were deemed to have elected to receive cash, received a payment of 230.0216p per share. The payments were sent to the shareholder named on the Company’s register, which includes any nominees which hold shares on behalf of investors. If you have not received the proceeds from your shares, please contact Trading 212 in the first instance.
