Polymetal International

Hi Folks,

T212 trading website says ‘The Instrument has been set in close-only mode by our intermediary’.

However i see that i can still sell or buy shares in polymental. Is that normal?

From what date will polymetal shares stop trading? Thanks

Vinod

Polymetal is in close only mode in IB “for risk management purposes”, and it doesn’t mean it will stop trading, buying can be restored later.
Just follow T212 app, you can buy if you want to and it allows you to.

@Alien’s right - our intermediary only accepts SELL orders with the instrument. Also, we can’t speculate about its future availability, but we’ll do our best to provide regular updates.

Trading only one way is always resulting in price manipulation in its finest form…

Are there any updates on polymetal international at all, they have went up 55% in the last 3 months, is this though other intermediaries? I note they are now also based in Jersey as a company, are the brokers looking at renistating this company at all? Many thanks

Nothing has changed so far, @Jmas. I’ll let you know if there is any news though :pray:

Thanks for the quick reply:slightly_smiling_face::+1:

@Bogi.H

Polymetal is looking to transfer listing to Kazakhstan exchange. What happens to our shares in polymetal?

Has custodian said anything on this?

Ideally, would like to remain holding and participate in the transfer?

Thanks

At the time of writing, there’s no official confirmation of the alleged transfer, but once/if there is - we’ll make sure to let you know what follows right away.

@Team212 @B.E Can we revisits Polymetal as it’s tradeable as at 16th march 2023 on HL. By all means you can include a caveat warning to investor in making informed decision.

The instrument is still placed on close-only mode by our intermediary. Once there is any news, I will update the thread. :pray:

Hi @Michael.M
What are the options for POLY holders on T212 following the London delisting news announced on 10 May?

The stock appears to be going to be delisted if the company gets re-domiciliated, although being traded regularly for the moment, @pinklot.

However, the delisting is not confirmed yet, and we are closely monitoring the situation. We will provide any updates if such come up.

Thanks @Michael.M
Are you able to provide options to shareholders, so would t212 support the redomiciled listing on another Exchange and transfer an existing holding or would we need to liquidate the holding prior to any future delisting from the LSE?

At the time of writing, the re-domiciliation is still in the proposition stage and not yet confirmed.

We can’t speculate on the impact it may have on clients’ holdings if it gets confirmed. However, we’re keeping a close eye on the situation as it develops, so you can rest assured we’ll update you in due course in case of any news.

Re-domiciliation is now confirmed, how does this affect my holdings? will they be transferred to the new exchange, or will the positions be closed at current value?

If true @B.E @Bogi.H what’s T212 position?

We’re in communication with our intermediary as we speak. I’ll let you know what’s next as soon as I have more info.

@B.E Were you able to progress with your communication with the intermediary? We are eagerly waiting for an update. Thanks
