As my portfolio grows I have found it becoming increasingly difficult to navigate, find and view the different stocks I own. Although the scrolling is super smooth (on mobile), it would be really useful to be able to group and organise them. For example separate tabs/folders/groups for Us/UK stocks would make life so much easier.

I also suggested something similar. Using the Pies as virtual portfolios/groups and grouping each positions inside of them. With the non-Pie positions inside one group. With an “Expand/Collapse” option.
Or at least separating the Pie positions and the non-Pie positions, could be 2 groups or 2 tabs.
Agree - chuck them in a pie to split them out if you want to have it done in the trading app.
