Any idea what time they going to be live today?
He said Wednesday. 
And no, the exact time of an IPO is never known. Just need to keep checking.

Here is some sobering view for those who are into details:
"C3.ai has more stock options than any other IPO this month.
Most IPO’s have about 20% more shares if you add in options and warrants. C3.ai’s share count is a whopping 60% higher when we include options and warrants.
More stock options outstanding mean more dilution for current shareholders over time.
It also means C3’s price to sales multiple is really 23x revenue, not 14x.
As these stock options are cashed in and sold they will put relatively more downward pressure on the stock price compared to AirBnB, DoorDash, Affirm and others."

Current listed price is $42. Lets see at what price it will be opened in 212.

@jithboy We knew from 31 to 38 but unfortunately it started with 42.
@jithboy It can follow Lemonade’s scenario where it mooned and then lost almost 2X its value in the next months. Or it can follow Snowflake where it mooned and never came to earth yet. Can also be like Corsair, but I’m not sure what is the probability.

@Lonelynx For the time being, I’m just watching and not buying at the IPO rate. Snowflake was a different scenario as Berkshire Hathaway bought $250 million worth of Snowflake stock at the IPO price.
Will open a position once it settles down as I like their business.

See the above, if your order goes through then it’s available for retail trading, but until then it’s institutional trading only, hence why it’s going up.
The price of C3.ai is $97’ish now. Is there no way for people in UK to get involved in the IPO :(. Potential upside lost
