I have purchased 2 shares of Realty Income before the ex-dividend day announced (15th December) by the company, however I haven’t received anything till now. Is there anybody else who is facing this delay? Is already 1 week!

Sometimes dividends are delayed. Don’t worry, I haven’t received mine either so it’s not just you. Just wait a little longer

The ex-dividend date was on the 30th of November, the 15th December was the payment date. If you bought it after the 30th, you won’t receive yours. However, if you bought it before, it might be just a delay.
Good chance it will arrive today. I got MAIN dividends yesterday. Both had 15-12 as paydate.

Yes I’m waiting for my Realty Income Dividends - I got paid McDonalds dividends yesterday and they also were paid out on the 15th December. Please note the ex-dividend for Realty Income was at the end of November so if you bought them on or after the ex-dividend date you won’t be eligible for December’s dividend. Hope that makes sense.

Yes, you’ll get paid the fraction of the dividend payment you’re due

I’m also still waiting for O and KO. Seems like there have been delays recently, up to 8-10 days from payment date. Hopefully it will come today. Merry Christmas.
