Riddle me this?

So, starting account value £11247, make sales and GREEN returns totalling £109.80, account value £11226, £21 less than starting.

So, stamp duty of course on each buy, but why doesnt the return show as a real number as it is not a return if you have paid x amount of stamp surely?
