Roblox & AirBnb & Affirm IPOs in December

I was half expecting a big drop into AH

Other than the opening rollercoaster it’s been fairly stable.

It’d be interesting to see the AH bids and asks, I expected some volatility either way to be honest. I wonder if there’s large volumes going both ways

i baught back in last min - for me its a slowly buy over time with these prices.
These hedge funds are making a killing $68 to $150 in a few hours >.<

How are we all feeling? I’m still holding on to my other half. Where do you think the price will be a month from now?

I’m feeling glad that I sat it out, then again, look at snowflake :man_facepalming:

Air BnB just went on sale fill your boots🙂

I was making a tea. Anyone grab some at 135?

If it gets nearer 100 I might start looking.

Managed 138 so not to bad

Lol this is what happened with me. I couldnt buy it at fractional shares to begin with but when i did get the chance it was at $164 and then it just dropped.

Here’s hoping for a Direct Listing. :crossed_fingers:t2:

Ah :upside_down_face: apparently 8 billion just isn’t enough these days.

Greedy buggers.

Also let’s see if Airbnb keeps near $140 a 75 billion market cap seems insane to me especially in a covid era where the next five years will probably be tough restrictions on movement.

Thanks for sharing Joey, do you think this will drag on passed December to come public now?

Depending on price it’s one of the only ones I want from the opening day.

Yeah headline says 2021 and I believe Affirm have done the same thing.

Yes please.

Is direct listing better news for us , than IPO ? Or it doesnt change anything ? @Joey_Fantana

Palantir was a direct listing and listed at ~$10.

If that had been an IPO it would have been more than five times the price by the time retail got to it.

Direct Listings mean that you and I have access to buy from the off, rather than with an IPO where institutions get to set the price the day before and then retail investors have to wait for all of that to be factored in on the go live date and pay inflated prices.

I’m not saying Roblox will be $10. I doubt it highly. But the price we pay on the day will be the same price as anyone else.

I recall naming roblox months ago as the school I’m in the kids use it religiously.

Been keen for this for a while.
