Good afternoon. London Listed Rockhopper Exploration (RKH) today announced that it would issue an Open Offer to existing shareholders at a ratio of one option for every 49 shares held, to happen on 29th December. Can you please advise if this Corporate Action will be available to T212 users?

The event appears to have been announced today, and the terms are still pending finalisation. As with any open offer or rights issue, we will make it available to our clients if supported by our intermediary. We will be in touch if we receive any further updates.

Is there any update to these posts as I am being told by the BOT on the Trading 212 chat site that share options are not supported by Trading 212 which is very strange.

The event has been confirmed. As per the announcement, Rockhopper Exploration PLC (RKH) will offer 1 new share for every 49 shares held at market close on 19.12.2025. The subscription price is GBX 53 per new share. All eligible clients have received an in-app notification with further details.

Hi Veselin, do you know why T212 are not allowing user to over subscribe to the open share offer? I understand that most overs providers are allowing clients to request extra share above their allocation? Many thanks

Oversubscription isn’t possible because shares are held in an omnibus account, and corporate actions (rights issues, open offers, etc.) are handled using the access and tools available to us.

Thanks for your reply, a little disappointed as I have previously over subscribed with Halifax share account, this must be a Trading 212 limitation. Anyway thanks for the explanation.
