Sometimes, stocks are listed with a price after their name. The name-price doesn’t change, and is unrelated to the share price. Can anyone tell me what it means?

I’ve tried Googling but with no luck.

It is the nominal price of the share and appears on physical stock certificates, It is equal to the minimum price that can be paid for the shares and defines the starting capitalisation. Often the number is 1p. However, Easyjet launched in November 2000 with an offer price of 310p. See 24 (b) in Companies House regulations here. And here is an article about nominal value of shares.
