Investment selling shares

Hi ,
I’ve got an issue with my account . Can you see what’s going on please ? It is any settings change recently on selling shares?
When I want to sell my shares, I have to put the numbers of shares manual. Till yesterday the numbers of shares been auto selected by the computer. Also in the front of the amount of money it’s sow this sine ~

example ~ÂŁ100.

Can you let me know if its something from settings

I expect this is to emphasise to inexperienced investors that a market order does not guarantee a price. So ~ means “approximately”.

Perhaps they decided to stop having a sell order quantity automatically entered. It could be that people complained about having made mistaken sales because of this.
