Well depends, have you previously used any other source for funding? If so, you have to consider amounts funded via other source vs funds via Skrill, so possible that Skrill wasn’t used due to AML for withdrawal.
I used Skrill for deposit as well. I don’t have any other deposit method apart from Skrill.
The withdrawal requests are executed within 2 business days. Then after, the funds will be added pretty much instantaneously in your Skrill account.
