Snowball Vs Stock Events

I was already using stock events, but as it is very manual with the inputs and importing does not work that well, I was on the look out for an easier div tracking programme.

During black Friday, Snowball were doing a good deal, so I signed up.
Well, so far I am regretting it. Their data is wrong and some ex dates are out by over a week, the payment dates are wrong, it can’t make its mind up whether to use dollars or pounds, despite me setting it to my home currency. It calculates div income wrongly, so far it has got 4 amounts incorrect.

The biggest annoyance is it does not pull all data through to the calendar, if you click on the stock it will show the payment date, (when it has it correct) but then when you go back to calendar it does not show any data from that stock.

I have contacted their admin, they reply saying that have corrected it, but nothing changes.

So, if anyone is thinking of using it, keep this in mind.

So after much back and forth with Snowball, I have cancelled my membership and had a refund.

They blamed a lot of the issues on Trading212 and said it was sync issues, but when I have owned stock for months and their system still can not detect the ex date capture correctly and does not show what I will be making, it sounds like an excuse from them.

So, back to Stock Events I go manually inputting everything. Joy.
