As @CavanHaganInvesting mention I raised similar topic recently, was resolved with t212 help.

Invest Account: Reset chart to default

Solution: Drag your finger up and down the scale on the right that shows the prices (as in the example of Amazon on the screenshot, 3183.23, 877.08 and so on), instead of zooming in and out with the 2 fingers? The dragging should lower the scale of the displayed candles Thanks @Y.M
